A few files can't be found with internal search despite that they include a category with the search term.

Verified that this problem still exists in Lucene but doesn't exist in CirrusSearch. As we're in the process of migrating from Lucene to CirrusSearch, I'm marking this as RESOLVED WONTFIX.
