There is a bug in simple search, when people enter something to search and press enter they return to special:Search ( http://wikiweet.nl/index.php?title=Speciaal%3AZoeken&search= )
When they use the search icon it works just fine. 


When I disable simple search and press enter the search function works just fine so it must be in the simple search function.

Can you update your copy of the usability initiative extension? Looks like your copy of the combined js is at rev 274 and mine is at 394. I'm not able to replicate this on any other wiki, so I'm guessing it's a problem that has since been addressed.
