The title changing looks like an apache without the last code version, having some intermediate from bug 23115.

The parser placeholder could be due to some old parser code.

Please report the server number (it's available in a comment at the bottom in the source code) when the issue happens.

There's another test case at http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benutzer:DerHexer/Test4 which seems to be failing always.
Comment 5 Marcin Łukasz Kiejzik 2010-05-02 09:19:46 UTC
The error also displays the "Served by srv99 in 2.839 secs."

I've resynced srv99. Please try to purge the affected pages to see if that resolves the issue.

http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Benutzer:DerHexer/Test4 still fails when I am logged in. I tried it 3 times after a purge and got the same result from 3 different servers.

But when I log out, the page is rendered correctly (again after a purge and from three different servers).

Again logged in, it's the same as before.

Can you check if this still happens on Polish wikipedia when running MediaWiki 1.19 as deployed now (it's 29th Feb of 2012 and we are running r112130) mostly.

There was some problems with overriden titles from included special pages, but there are all fixed, so this bug is also fixed.
