I got a note from a company that the ExtensionDistributor delivers a 0 byte file for Lockdown extension 1.13

Tried it at home, same effect
r31423.tar.gz">http://upload.wikimedia.org/ext-dist/Lockdown-MW1.13-r31423.tar.gz

1.12, 1.14 and trunk works.
Other extensions tested for 1.13, works too. So no idea on my side why especially Lockdown 1.13 fails :-(

I know it's a bug.. But as 1.13 isn't supported etc, does it really matter?

Yes it matter. I wanted to show a customer who uses MediaWiki 1.13 (and was unable to update to 1.15 for various reasons) how easy it is to download a compatible extension.
