The idea is to create a new Special:Credits page that basically creates for a page, the list that you can currently find in the end of PDF renderings and book prints.

This page should contain:
- All editors of a page + url to the history of the page + CC-BY-SA 3 license statement.
- All included image + urls + authors of those images + license statement.

Although some of this information is not available in database fields just yet, the page can be expanded from an initial version as functionality becomes available.

Note: we already have action=credits that lists contributors on a page (disabled on Wikimedia wikis).
