* In IE 6 and IE 7 the value of 'clientHeight' is '0' ... 'scrollHeight' has a value != '0'.
* When a page can only be editet when the user is logged in, the normal 'preview button' is disabled.

Thanks for this JS patch - this was added to the file at some point; I don't know when exactly, but it's there now. :)
