Hello there guys can I get permission to register wikipedia-volunteers.co.cc and do free emails for all volunteers and a blog

Wikimedia does not operate that domain, resolving INVALID.

You don't need WMF's permission for it.

OK can wikimedia host it on there server for us or is there a free server for the community to use or that or would I be better to host it
