It's better if you can add the No Wiki and redirect to Help section.

I can understand the report: the original reporter was talking about the Help tab of WikiEditor (which was a part of UsabilityInitiative).

Liangent: Thanks a lot for explaining and the help! 
Looks like quite some of the open tickets under "UsabilityInitiative" should be moved to the "WikiEditor" component then...
