I've just installed a fresh install for MediaWiki 1.17 with ProofreadPage, and I've got the following error message at the top of [[Special:SpecialPages]]:
 Notice:  Did not find alias for special page 'IndexPages'.
Perhaps no page aliases are defined for it? [Called from SpecialPage::getTitleFor in /var/www/wiki-devel/trunk/phase3/includes/SpecialPage.php at line 642] in /var/www/wiki-devel/trunk/phase3/includes/GlobalFunctions.php on line 3177

It seems it appears because there is no file .alias.php as other extensions have (like PrefStats).
