Unsurprisingly, Rob doesn't work weekends, so you'll have to wait until Monday at the very least; even then, Rob is a busy guy and it'll probably take him days if not weeks to get to this.

We asked to create an account for new user messages, as on other wikis.
You can create the user on your wiki and configure the name of that user in MediaWiki:Newusermessage-editor Ticket closed.
