Make the "go to bug #" box in the sidebar function as a search box, if anything but a numeral is entered. There is currently no one-click search option; one has to go to the "Search bugs" page first; and to encourage fewer dup bugs, we should make search as intuitive and easy as possible.
I was searching for biographical material on Paul Vixie and "Googled" him. WIth quotes around the search term, you're not getting an exact title match. Full search is temporarily disabled during reindexing and setup of new search servers.
