When look at a old version on a talk page the new section link is missing, when the page does not contains __NEWSECTIONLINK__. But for old (talk) page with __NEWSECTIONLINK__ it is shown. Please make this work the same way. Thanks.

SkinTemplate says "adds new section link if page is a current revision of a talk page or". I am not sure, what the best way is.
