Unix Diff of Change

When SemanticForms posts a page update it uses a pure "redirect form" for this purpose. Unfortunately SWM_tooltip.js then trips a Javascript error as WikiBits.js is not included.

This patch simply disables the failing code when WikiBits.js is not included. See attached patch.

This bug is open for two years, I'm not sure how this bug relates to the current SMW 1.7/1.8 version.

We make this one dependant on 37361 which might solve the problem ones it is implemented.

Might be solved by https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/26341/ and since this bug is open for two years with no follow-up, I lean towards closing this one. Please feel free to report otherwise.

I checked with the current implementation [1] (SMW 1.8) and could not confirm the stated issue.
