If we ignore editing, which has its own 'watchlist' parameter that doesn't really make sense for other actions, we currently have this situation:

* delete and move have 'watch' and 'unwatch'
* protect and upload have only 'watch', no 'unwatch'
* rollback and undelete have nothing

This is somewhat inconsistent. protect/upload should have an 'unwatch' option and, for completeness, the options should be added for rollback/undelete too.

Fixed most of this between r64184 to r64190

But as per http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Special:Code/MediaWiki/64184#c6330 they all want moving to the action=edit style
