The ability to automatically add user/user talk pages of users who you have blocked/unblocked/changed block settings would be helpful.

I suppose you mean you want a user-prefs option which
sets this checkbox true by default? As would &wpWatchUser=1 
in the url by the way.

If so you should change the ticket description.

It would be interesting due to the lack of admin-specific
user-prefs thus far. I guess CSS could hide them from
the common folk easily enough.

Thanks for the &wpWatchUser=1 tip - that will come in handy.

You're right - I want it to be ticked by default - I've amended the title.

Can easily be a user script or gadget on enwiki.

WONTFIX making this a core software preference though.
