Opera versions where the beta tool bar is different to other browsers are

Opera/9.63 (Windows NT 6.1; U; en) Presto/2.1.1

Opera/9.80 (Windows NT 6.1; U; en) Presto/2.2.15 Version/10.00

Opera/9.80 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X; U; en) Presto/2.2.15 Version/10.10

This is expected behavior. In a browser that doesn't support the dialogs, the link button will be split up into two buttons (one for internal, one for external) and the search&replace button will disappear.
