Would be nice if somebody could insert
<link rel="help" title="Help" href="helppage"> with a the nesassary internationalisation and the use of mediawiki-messages

I think there could be added even more link rel to the header
for example
<link rel="top" title="Main Page" href="Main Page" />
<link rel="author" title="Autor" href="Credits/History" />
<link rel="search" title="Search" href="Special:Search" /> (This should be added and not replace the existing opensearchdescription)
<link rel="index" title="Index" href="Special:Allpages" />

For FireFox just try

Opera has this function already build in

It's not much work and improves SEO and Navigation

The next should be that from subpages there should be a
<link rel="up" title="Abovepagename" href="Abovepage" />
