Please can we have a portal and portal_talk namespace created on the Cornish (kw) Wikipedia. The portal namespace is "Porth:", and the portal talk namespace is "Keskows Porth:"

I've started a discussion here http://kw.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:An_tavern#Portal_namespace but considering the lack of a "community" it's unlikely to get a huge response.
