Hi 26/05/2005 at 23:30(Time Paris) I had admin rights for all the site of
wikipedia !
I thinl it is not normal....
for exemple I added "TEST" on the page 
http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sokoban#R.C3.A8gles_du_jeu

Also I was able to read and write (I made nothing) moderator information...

It's normal for pages to be editable by the public. Please see the FAQ:
http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipédia:FAQ

If there's something specific that _isn't_ supposed to be editable that you believe you got 
into, please provide some more details.
