Description Ozob 2010-02-08 18:14:38 UTC
The new edit box deletes some of the existing characters on the page. Take a look at [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Manual_of_Style&oldid=342658131&diff=342696785] and observe the deleted ampersand character entities. Then try going to the MoS, clicking "edit", and then "show changes". The same thing happens.

I'm using Safari 4.0.4 (6531.21.10).

I think the new edit box should be removed for the moment.

Fix is now live. Confirmed by editing [[WP:MOS]] and clicking Show changes, which shows no weirdness.
