As the name says.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a thread.
2. Reply to that thread.
3. Delete the reply.
4. View the thread history for the thread.
5. Click on the revision in which the reply was deleted.
6. Click on the "This thread" link in the change description.

Expected behaviour: Link takes you to the deleted thread's page, allowing options for administrators to view its content.
