Reporting against Citron Release : r61227

Steps to Reproduce ::

1) Edit a page after login
2) Click on table create link
3) Move to Cancel button with Tab
4) Press enter 
<<Table is created in the editor>>

Expected Outcome::
Cancel should not be writing any text in the editor

Reported again due to the section the bug occurred. 22202 is on create table and this bug is on create link.
