I am not sure what you mean by "not supported"

Do you mean that there aren't translations of the
languages? The translations are being handled by
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Translating:Wikimedia_mobile

And anyone is welcome to join that project and give
good indic translations.

I tried http://as.m.wikipedia.org and the search function
works. We just don't have translations yet.

If you could provide more details about what you mean,
I'd be happy to sort this out.

WORKSFORME per Hampton's comment. It looks like we don't have any problem displaying Indic scripts: <http://hi.m.wikipedia.org/>, so the only thing he could be talking about is missing translations.
