Description Michael 2010-01-17 14:08:56 UTC
An e-mail said that they couldn't download Wikipedia Mobile from the German app store. As you need an account in the store to download apps from there, I couldn't verify this... but I'm sure someone can?

You always need an account to download from iTunes...?
Comment 2 Michael 2010-01-17 14:48:57 UTC
Right, but I can't download German apps with a British account.
Comment 3 Michael 2010-01-18 09:12:48 UTC
Scratch that - *any* iTunes store seems to have difficulty downloading the mobile app.

Is this an iTunes problem?

I think what Michael is saying is that someone e-mailed someone else and *they* said that they can't download Wikipedia Mobile from the German app store... but *Michael* doesn't have an account, so he can't verify the issue.

Getting lots of feedback from people saying they can't download the Wikipedia Mobile app.

iTunes account had expired.

What a strange way for Apple to deal with that..
