Messages that only exists in the message cache like those put there by extension
are not shown at Special:Allmessages which is an inconveniance for translators
since they have to dig through the sourcecode to find the name of the MediaWiki:
page they're supposed to create and what to put there.

Implementing this is simple, I'm just too lazy ATM;)
