The recently changed text for the footer of the search result pages is missing internationalization. The strings "Search in namespaces:" and "Search 
for" at the bottom of the page should be editable in the MediaWiki-namespace.

You actually can translate those messages, see
http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/MediaWiki:lucenepowersearchtext , they just don't
show up on Special:Allmessages which although it makes it inconvenient to work
with them doesn't make it impossible, marking this one as INVALID (although we
should have a bug for extension messages not showing up on Special:Allmessages
if we don't already)
