Please check the following urls:

1. Using xml format, browser got nothing back.
http://zh.wikipedia.org/w/api.php?action=query&list=categorymembers&cmtitle=Category%3A%E6%9D%B1%E4%BA%AC%E6%97%85%E9%81%8A&format=xml

2. trying xmlfm format, it works fine

3. trying php format, it also works find
