In the case of an ip blocked due to a range block, Special:Contributions isn't showing Sp-contributions-blocked-notice (although it detects the block to set an "unblock" link).

Update: MW 1.18 completely removed this useful feature ("unblock" link for range-blocked IP).

It still works for autoblocks which is not that useful and might be a privacy issue.
