Hi, i would like to request new namespace for sr: wikinews. Name for namespace is "Коментар" and talk page is "Разговор о коментару". I'm an admin there, and if there is need for some kind of voting for this, i can make it and post page with results here.

It is usual practise to have a link to on wiki consensus that this is required/wanted.

Yes, you need to hold a vote. Please read http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Requesting_wiki_configuration_changes

(Removing the "shell" keyword until it's actually ready for a shell user.)

OK, here is voting results on sr: wikinews http://bit.ly/5imS0U. As you can see, 6 users is for adding this namespace. Most of them are admins. Thanks and best regards !
