Doesn't get logged, while replacing Tác_gia with Tac_gia does get it logged.

Moving to General (since it's a General bug). The IRC component is for irc.wikimedia.org, not various irc bots.

Gerrit changeset is merged so I assume this is fixed.

Fixed in code but the new bot isn't deployed on wikitech yet.
