Namespaces names for LiquidThreads (Thread, Summary, Summary talk) must be localizable. A note at LiquidThreads.php says “FIXME: would be neat if it was possible to somehow localise this.” It really has to be resolved prior to wide deployment to Wikimedia wikis, IMHO.
It turns out that this is possible through the new LocalisationCache system. Tim confirms that adding $namespaceNames = array( 'en' => array( index => name ) ); will resolve this bug satisfactorily. I'm not sure, however, what the state of translatewiki.net support is. I've chucked siebrand and nikerabbit on CC, to see if such information would be at least left in place during translatewiki.net imports.
We would like to install LT at Czech Wikipedia - please advise how to proceed.

Best add them in a separate file, so that there won't be an issue, just like we do with special page aliases. Translate currently doesn't support localisation of namespace other than those from core, but if there's an extension to use it - Lqt being one of them, but there are many more other candicates -, we may put supporting it higher on our TODO.
This is currently blocking further LiquidThreads rollouts. It would be awesome if this could be developed (and, of course, I'd be pleased to help with the implementation).
Fixed Lqt. If you also want support in translatewiki.net please contact us. The current implementation is invisible to translatewiki.net.
