Description J.C. Wren 2009-12-13 16:44:40 UTC
Under the current set of defaults, when a category page is displayed, the pages are displayed in one section, and any media is displayed in another section as a gallery. Using __NOGALLERY__, both pages and media can be displayed in one section.

I would like a __SEPGALLERY__ option that keeps the pages in one section, but displays media in another section in the style that pages are displayed (keeping the current File: prefix)

Hi jcwren,
If you don't use __NOGALLERY__ the media does show up in a separate section. Since it was not very clear from your description, i wanted to clarify. You want an option to show the media in a separate section, but only as links without the thumbnails?

Priyanka,

Yes, that's what I want. As you say, if you don't use __NOGALLERY__, the media shows up in the another section, but with thumbnails. I'd like it to be displayed like __NOGALLERY__ does, but with the media in a separate section.

As I read your description, I believe you're describing the feature I'd like.

accidentally fixed in r80432 (for practical reasons of doing it the way we were before is very difficult with the new categorylinks schema)
