there is no mobile homepage for Bengali language. i heard from the http://techblog.wikimedia.org/2009/12/mobile-homepage-in-your-language/ that now it is possible to create a homepage for our own mother language .

I did that for the italian Wikipedia.

You need to setup a mobile portal webpage in "traditional" Wikipedia and then specify the complete URL here.
E.g. for the italian Wikipedia it is http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pagina_Principale_(mobile).

I'm sure Hampton will sort the rest out once this is done.
