Per discussion at http://nl.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Overleg_help:Naamruimte&oldid=19227904#Voorstel please add the following namespace aliases for the Dutch Wikipedia.

'WP' => 'Wikipedia',
'H' => 'Help',
'P' => 'Portaal,

Please also move existing pages starting with either 'WP:', 'H:' or 'P:' to the appropriate namespace.

Done. The following pages caused conflicts (e.g. WP:3RR couldn't be renamed to Wikipedia:3RR because the latter already exists). All of these got /BROKEN appended to their names so they could be renamed (so e.g. WP:3RR was renamed to Wikipedia:3RR/BROKEN). Most of these are probably superfluous redirects that can be deleted.
