When a user is doing a standard reply to a thread, the "summary" field is pretty useless (it's always going to be "+reply" or something similar). It might be nice to get rid of it altogether (similar to how "new section" is non-optional in MediaWiki). Otherwise it should auto-fill the "summary" input with "Added a reply" or something similar.

Either option should be localizable, obviously.
