Special:Allpages made out of *reversed* article names could be convenient
somewhat. For example, you could find all of the phobia articles at "aibohp-"
index, because all phobias are ending with "-phobia" and phobia backward is aibohp.

Allowing a search by regular expressions would solve this problem (and numerous
others)

Maybe not in core, but an extension could do this.
