To allow easy creation of User: sub pages.

Setting this long-ago bug to "wontfix" - this can already be accomplished with something like "super_page=User:{{CURRENTUSER}}", if you use the extension now known as "MyVariables".

Sorry if you wanted this feature - maybe things would have turned out differently if it had been assigned to Dantman. :)
