The current reset button just resets from the user_option field, there should be
an option to reset to the site defaults as defined in
(?:Default|Local)Settings.php and the currently active Language file.

As you are using 'float:right', please put the input tag 'wpRestore' first, otherwise it's not properly aligned, see Betawiki e.g.
