Please add Portal (دەروازە) and Portal talk (لێدوانی دەروازە) namespaces to Sorani Wikipedia.

Done; I'm not sure I copied the name of the talk namespace correctly, because there was a line break in it. Please check that it has the words in the right order.

talk namespace doesn't works. The localized name contains either a tab or four spaces. See http://noc.wikimedia.org/conf/highlight.php?file=InitialiseSettings.php

it contains

    'ckbwiki' => array(
    100 => 'دەروازە',
    101 => 'لێدوانی    دەروازە',
    ),

But should be

    101 => 'لێدوانی دەروازە',

Fixed now. The space between the two words should also have been an underscore.
