The <span class=diffchange> and </span> in diffs are 
sometimes put after the & or before the ; in character 
entities, making them not display properly. Example: 
http://en.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?

Removing block on bug 209. On closer inspection this is merely cosmetic: the actual output is correctly escaped.
