When I try to view instead a download of highlight.php starts.

php stopped being interpreted with the upgrade. Assigning to mark

Fixed by domas. Changed NameVirtualHost * to NameVirtualHost *:80, as well as VHost defs in 'default' to be :80

For some reason, the php module was not enabled in apache's conf.
This has been corrected and is now working.
