The watch/unwatch javascript code is failing to update the tooltip when a page is successfully watched or unwatched via javascript.

Increasing the priority as the tooltip message can mislead the function of the intended feature.  Let's roll it out to production once the fix is ready.

Yes, I put it on the prototypes around 1 AM PT this morning.

Confirmed working nicely on English and Japanese prototypes.  Keyboard shortcuts are working nicely too.
