Patch for i18n for OpenID (for Korean)

(not a bug, but for enhancement for i18n support)
I suggest korean scripts for OpenID extension for MediaWiki.

All scripts are translated into Korean.

Please consider to visit http://translatewiki.net, the project for localization of MediaWiki and other open source projects.

and this plug-in is awesome for my wiki. it could reduce SSL connection burden for server and client for login process!
