Using localurl inside parameters of a template is not possible. Prematur end of the initial template will "abort" the code. Nevertheless it can be used with complicated nested constructs as provided. The usage of localurl same as paramers as {{SITENAME}}, {{NAMESPACE}}, {{PAGENAME}} etc is very usefull to allow PORTABILITY betwenn projects. http://test.leuksman.com/index.php/Template:Templates and http://jadesukka.homelinux.org:8180/betawiki/Template:Templates ure using the same code and the same pages. At some point where "localurl" should be used to make the whole thing easier "turnarounds" as descibed in http://test.leuksman.com/index.php/Template_talk:See#Template:See.2Fbugzilla where used.
