Description Olathe 2005-05-11 04:29:03 UTC
determine if <math>n</math> is prime produces a link with text "determine if NaodW29-
math4b8d1f8b54027cbd00000007 is prime" on Wikipedia.

It should render the math inside the actual <a> tag generated by MediaWiki. There may be similar problems with
other 'special' items in link titles.
Comment 1 Tim Starling 2006-02-02 13:05:42 UTC
It's also broken when it's in the link target, e.g. xyz. It
should be unstripped either way, like we do for headings.

Comment 4 Conrad Irwin 2010-06-21 23:10:20 UTC
It looks like things are now unstripped in link text - which means this works except for when the output of <math> is an HTML table, because it creates convoluted HTML. The result of hello is hello as might be reasonably expected - it doesn't really make sense to link to the output of a tag extension.
