Redirects from one category 'foo' to another category 'bar' are allowed.
At the moment the redirected category 'foo' will be a subcategory of the target
category 'bar'. This is no 100% self inclusion but very closed to this.
The irritating problem is that clicking on such a link (to the redirecting
category 'foo') will display the same results as before i.e the content of 'bar'
with th only small indication "Redirect from 'foo'".
Still a problem in MW 1.11.0.
