I happened to see a situation with two revisions on the same page (one after the other). The earlier revision of the two was suppressed, the later of the two just admin-level redacted. Clicking "DIFF" on the second (newer) diff from within Special:RevDelete, brought up the diff directly, but did not make clear "You can see this diff because you are an oversighter". There was no indication whether or not the earlier diff was suppressed. Can this be made clearer? Steps to reproduce: 1/ suppress a revision from a page's history, 2/ admin-revdelete the following revision 3/ view the admin-revdeleted revision in [[Special:RevisionDelete]] 4/ Note that "Selected revision" doesn't show the diff link as bold or any indication it's oversighter-only viewable. 5/ Click on the diff link. Note that no "this is not visible to the public" note comes up as usual.
