Description Ulli 2009-10-21 21:28:44 UTC
Using two properties (Veranstaltungsbeginn, Veranstaltungsende) with datatype Date and the following part in a form:
 {{{field|Veranstaltungsbeginn|input type=datetime}}}
 {{{field|Veranstaltungsende|input type=datetime}}}

doesn't display the correct datetime after saving the document. (if you are in editmode.)

e.g. I type 22. Okt. 2009 8 00 00 PM, I save the formdocument, I look at the document in readmode - so far everything is correct, I go into form-editmode and 1. Jan 1970 is displayed, but if I have a look to the document in "normal" editmode, my date is correct.
This wiki use MediaWiki 1.13 - German, SMW1.4.3 and Semantic Form 1.8.2
regards
Ulli

What version of PHP are you using? If it's older than 5.1, that's the source of the issue.
Comment 2 Ulli 2009-10-22 19:55:26 UTC
Versioninfo of php shows: 5.2.4-2ubuntu5.7 (apache2handler);
I'm able to reproduce the same phenomenom on my xampp-installation on windows with php 5.2.5 (apache2handler) and
on Referata -> http://coolsmw.referata.com/wiki/Die_verbl%C3%B6dete_Republik ;
kind regards
Ulli

I believe that this was fixed in Semantic Forms 1.8.5; please upgrade and try this out when you can.

Date works perfect now! Displaying timeformat has the same problem, but it doesn't matter. I will change my form and will display only date - I considered that it is not really necessary to annotate time. I'am glad about the solution! Many thanks!
