Considering what was said at
http://translatewiki.net/w/i.php?title=Support&diff=next&oldid=1568536#coll-template_blacklist_title

I would suggest to replace the value of the message [[MediaWiki:coll-template_blacklist_title]] from "[[MediaWiki:PDF Template Blacklist]]" to "[[MediaWiki:Book Creator Template Blacklist]]", because the extension is not only about PDFs (it generates other thinks, like Open document files or printed book)

It still doesn't "works for me", I mean, the text wasn't changed to something more general than "PDF".

The extension is not only about creating books either. Discussing this issue is bikeshedding. If it doesn't work for you, please just change the system message.

Well... in that case, there are more wrongly named messages than reported on this bug, since the extension refer to itself as being a "Book creator":
