When using the {{t}} template to add an entry to a translation section you can leave the first paramater blank when you have access only to a transliteration but not to the native script. When {{t}} is used with a blank first parameter but has a "sc" parameter this interlanguage link should not be created. The interlanguage link can also be suppressed by using {{tø}} rather than {{t}} but this has a different semantic meaning, that the specified language code has no Wiktionary project.
This should be discussed on http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Template_talk:t and fixed on-wiki instead, at http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/Template:t - closing as INVALID for Bugzilla.
